Befrienders

We will offer training for women to become befrienders, providing support to other women in our community who are dealing with mental health illnesses.

Effective Listening Skills

Our program will include a workshop on effective communication and listening skills. We will provide a Mental Health Toolkit and host an online forum for carers.

Workshops for Parents and Carers

We will also conduct workshops to empower parents and carers to advocate for their loved ones who are experiencing mental health issues.

The goal of our Hub is to equip parents and carers with the necessary knowledge and skills to support their loved ones.

04

Advocates

Additionally, we offer training for individuals who can provide support to those without family assistance. Our mission is to ensure that no one has to face their mental health struggles alone.
